SM Builders 2013 Ltd is firmly committed to this Health and Safety Policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely. All practicable measures will be taken to minimise or eliminate risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, contractors, authorised visitors and anyone else who may be affected by our operations.

 

We are committed to ensuring we comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2015, NZ Land and Transport Act 1998, Land Transport (road user) Act 2004 and any other applicable codes of practice, legislation and safe operating procedures.

 

We are committed to meeting industry best practice standards and will strive for continuous improvement in health and safety by implementing the Site Safe System which is designed to address the provisions outlined in AS/NZS 4801 OHSM Systems.
